Legal Aid of Manasota has helped hundreds of seniors in their estate plan with the creation of wills, trusts and other vital documents. Our devoted pro bono attorneys volunteer their time to assist clients with their estate planning needs by drafting wills, trusts, living wills, health care surrogates, powers of attorneys and a variety of other documents.
If you are 55 or older, you may qualify to have your Will, Power of Attorney, or Health Care Surrogate drafted at no charge. You must also be a resident of Sarasota or Manatee counties, meet income requirements and own assets.
Criterion for legal assistance include residence in Sarasota or Manatee counties, income, and assets.
